These rules protect privacy, consent and useful conversation. They apply to posts, replies, profiles and uploaded media.

Do not post content involving or depicting anyone under 18. Ambiguous age content will be removed and escalated.

Consent and respect
No harassment, coercion, threats, hate, non-consensual material or targeted humiliation.

Protect personal information
Never share real names, email addresses, phone numbers, order details, delivery addresses or private conversations.

No diagnosis or unsafe claims
Share personal experience without presenting it as medical diagnosis. Seek qualified help for pain, injury or urgent health concerns.

No solicitation or scams
No personal payment requests, off-platform sales, contact harvesting, spam or deceptive links.

Report, do not retaliate
Use the report option. Moderators record decisions, and affected members can appeal.
